 The starting point of Precision Metalform's process is a manufacturing review. Upon receipt of a customer order a manufacturing review of the accompanying drawings is conducted to confirm Precision's aptitude to produce the part or product. The manufacturing review assesses all the technical requirements needed to produce consistent quality individual parts or assembled enclosures. Precision's manufacturing team alerts a client's engineering group of any ideas that may make the product easier to manufacture without altering its form or function.
The next stage of the business process involves programming client plans and data into the business system database. The proprietary system facilitates storing and subsequent retrieval of the correct and corrected data. It enables tracking, identifying, and retrieving the correct revision level of customer data. It permits and controls multiple levels of scheduling.
Parts or products are then processed on sophisticated Trumpf CNC metal processing machines, as they are the focus of Precision's manufacturing capability.
